Happy Mother's Day, My Dear Wife!!

Motherhood is a great and noble undertaking! What a blessing it is to my soul to have a precious help-meet who sees that being a keeper at home is her God-given calling. This Mother's Day has added meaning as Jill has been given the beauty of pregnancy once again and I see such loveliness in my precious bride's changing shape. As I behold my dearly beloved wife, my heart is filled with gratitude for the privilege that I have been given to have her laboring at my side in raising up the next generation to be upright, godly, and holy! Jill, your worth is far above rubies and the following verses capture well my thoughts toward you on this special day of celebrating your virtuous life work:

She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. (Proverbs 31:27-28, KJV)

Happy Mother's Day to the mother of my children!

Changing Shape--Month 7

Finally, an update!

Here I am at week 30. I feel like my middle is going to explode sometimes! Then I remember I still have 2 months of growing to do. Wow. It is truly amazing how much skin can stretch! Lol!

I cannot believe how fast this time has gone. I am not through my huge list of to-do items. I feel like I will never finish it all. And now, I am starting to need a few naps a week. I guess I am slowing down a bit. It is getting near the end. We are so thrilled. But I need "time" to slow down! I want to get stuff done!!! :-) I am trying to prioritize the tasks now according to those which would be a disaster to not have done before baby (car seat, etc.!). Also, I am outgrowing some of my maternity clothes (go ahead and laugh--it is unbelievable, I know), so that goes up high on the list, too. I will just keep plugging away at it all...
